Jadira Hoptry has a degree in business administration from the University of Florida and 15 years in banking servicing the community. In her banking career, she has experience as Financial Center Manager, Small Business Lender, SBA Lender, Director of Emerging Markets and CRA Manager. In her position with Fifth Third Bank, she works with the senior team, managing and leading the implementation of Economic Development Initiatives, CRA practices, and Fair Lending policies.
Selected a ‘40 Under 40’ leader in business and community service by Gulfshore Business, Hoptry was also honored as Woman of Achievement by the American Association of University Women, Greater Naples Chapter for her volunteerism and involvement in the community. Jadira partners with various organizations to provide financial empowerment, access to capital for small business and affordable housing in her pursuant in spreading self-sufficiency and financial stability. In her spare time, Jadira enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott Hoptry, family, friends and community organizations. Jadira currently serves in the local Boards of United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Okeechobee Counties, Cape Coral Housing Development and Collier county housing development Corporation.
